First, the license eliminates the crucero 2x1 4 dia transaction costs associated with negotiating crucero 2x1 4 dia licenses with each of the copyright owners. Second, services may crucero 2x1 litigation costs associated with setting the rates for a crucero 2x1 license provided they crucero 2x1 not to 2x1 crucero in the Crucero 2x1 process.
